Architectural Digest recently featured a kitchen by Drury Design, led by senior designer Samantha Schoell, in their roundup of kitchen backsplash ideas. Schoell called our accent tiles "subtle yet appropriate" additions that bring charm and personality to the space without overwhelming it — we couldn't be happier with how they turned out in this Arts & Crafts kitchen.
For the record: the bird tiles featured are from our Charley Harper collection — specifically 4x8 Homecoming, adapted from artist Charley Harper's lithograph of the same name. Harper (1922–2007) was a celebrated mid-century wildlife artist known for his "minimal realist" style — distinct from the Frank Lloyd Wright collection we also carry.
