Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

  • If your item is in stock, your order will arrive within 10 business days.
  • Your order will ship within 1–5 business days. (Orders placed after 12 p.m. ET are processed the following business day.)
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number when your order ships.
  • If your order includes a frame, shipping lead time may vary.

International Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees.

Additional Order Details

  • Every order includes a packing list. Packing lists do not specify prices.
  • For expedited shipping orders: Your order will ship within 1–5 business days with the expedited service selected.
  • If you order five or more of the same item, lead time may be up to two weeks longer.
  • If you plan to use your tile in an installation project, you can find tile care and installation guidance here.

Return Policy

Merchandise in good condition may be returned for refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase.

Seconds (all Boneyard tiles), overruns, made-to-order field tile and custom polychrome colorways are final sale; no refunds or exchanges will be given. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within 5 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please include the original invoice or your name and order number in the return package, this ensures that we can process your refund in a timely manner.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Glaze Color Range

Variations in hue, tone, and surface quality are all part of what makes Motawi tiles so special. Each one is glazed by hand, and the signature or initials on the back are from the artisan who worked on your tile(s). Because of this handcrafted process, your art tile may look slightly different from what you see on our website—but that’s part of the charm!
