Motawi Tileworks is not your typical employer. We are dedicated to demonstrating that a human-centered business can be outstandingly successful. Owner and Artistic Director Nawal Motawi cares about and shares profits with her staff of 40+ employees (read more about them below). There are a wide variety of jobs at Motawi. These include glaze mixing, clay pressing and finishing, tile painting, kiln firing, design, marketing, website maintenance and management, to name a few. We understand the need to take occasional time during business hours to care for loved ones. We don’t expect employees to engage with work email during weekends and vacations.
