Why can't Motawi ship to a P.O. Box?
We use UPS to ship all packages. This allows us to track your package at every stage during the shipping process. However, UPS delivers only to business and residential addresses, and not to P.O. boxes.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship from our studio within four business days.
What about expedited shipping?
You can select expedited shipping as you check out. When your order is ready to ship, which is generally within four days, it will be sent by the method indicated. If you require the tile to leave our studio by a specific date, then please call us at (734) 213-0017 and we will do our best to arrange it. Due to unexpectedly high demand some items may not be available for immediate shipping.
If I select UPS Ground, what is the transit time to my state?

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
